Simulated trades are guided with no evidence and/or representation to work for a user under any specific situation. The system is not a guaranteed means to profit. The entire AcuTrading team including but not limited to its staff, directors, third party affiliates and the company itself shall not be held responsible for any loss of funds, miscalculation, business misrepresentation, scam, or illegal scheme arising from use of the system.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AcuTrading and any of its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands including, without limitation, to any costs or damages resulting from or in connection with your use of the Site or System provided on the site.
Severability
If AcuTrading fails to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOS, it shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any of the provisions of the TOS are held invalid, unenforceable, or void by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect.
